Hi, I’m Jana. I partner with visionary creators (like coaches, teachers, and community leaders) to craft intimate, soul-stirring experiences rooted in one simple truth: when we step out of the ordinary, we remember who we truly are.

You bring your wisdom and unique way of guiding transformation. I bring the setting, curated from the world’s most breathtaking corners and design immersive adventures that invite your people to breathe deeper, connect more authentically, and grow in ways only the unknown can inspire.

My approach blends curated space for teaching and learning with free-spirited exploration, balancing grounded connection (Root) with adventurous expansion (Roam). These aren’t cookie-cutter retreats, they’re intentional, small-group expeditions designed to hold space for the kind of breakthroughs that last.

Over the years, I’ve wandered through hundreds of destinations: trekking to base camps in Nepal, exploring ancient ruins in Turkey, spotting wildlife in Kenya, and hiking the wind-swept trails of Patagonia. I’ve sipped wine on sun-drenched terraces in Greece, stumbled into hidden speakeasies in Buenos Aires, and danced under full moons in Zanzibar. These moments have shaped the way I move through the world and deeply inform how I craft experiences for others.

But I’m not just a traveler. I’ve also designed and delivered international gatherings and world-class events for global influencers and bestselling authors, supporting groups from six to six hundred. I understand what it takes to create brand-aligned, community-rooted experiences that feel soulful, seamless, and unforgettable.

More than anything, I believe the world is meant to be shared. And I know how to hold the space. For awe, connection, reflection, and joy, in a way that elevates that experience for everyone involved.
